June 1 at “SOS Children’s Villages” Armenian Charity Foundation
International Children’s Day was celebrated by “SOS Children’s Villages” Armenian Charity Foundation together with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in the border community of Berd, Tavush region. About 300 children from Berd and neighboring communities participated in the event.
At the same time, “SOS Children’s Villages” foundation organized a number of events for children in Kotayk, Tavush and Shirak regions and in Yerevan city with the support of state and non-state institutions and organization partners.
June 1 is one of those days when the role of children in society and the protection of their rights is once again highlighted.
